Peanut butter choc protein balls

These guys are super charged protein balls, they are without dried fruit if you're into that..Good for a arvo kick start snack before post work exercising..wait for it....


4 tbsp peanut butter (or half/half tahini)
2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup Plant based Vanilla Essential Protein powder
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil melted
Pinch of salt

Whiz all ingredients in a food processor and roll into small balls and dust with more cacao and into the fridge to set - in fact - because of the high fat of these they are great straight out of the freezer. 

Add some balls to your weekend food creations.
